Plan Your Wedding
It's in the detail. Our Catering Team will guide you through the entire planning process and then transition to our Banquet Captain who follows your event details making sure the flow and ambience of the party is orchestrated seamlessly.
Wedding Menu
All menus and beverages are provided through the hotel with the exception of wedding cakes. We offer a corkage fee option.
Linen and Table Décor
We supply a selection of linen & napkin colors, place settings including china and silverware (stemware, if desired) for your dining service, complimentary mirror tile and votive candle centerpieces.
You can add any special touches to your event to make it even more memorable. Have you considered custom chair and table coverings for your reception, Chivari chairs, white or natural chairs for your ceremony, personalized menu cards, an ice sculpture, and/or limousine service? When planning your wedding or reception we have specialty chair covers, sashes, and table linens such as organza and damask fabrics available to rent at an additional cost per item through a 3rd party vendor.

Shipments & Storage
Should it be necessary for you to ship materials to the hotel in advance of your event please contact your event coordinator to discuss the applicable shipping policy and fees.
Audio Visual Equipment and Electrical
The Red Lion on the River's audiovisual department, Presentation Services Audio Visual (PSAV), is equipped to handle all your audio visual needs and offers a broad range of audio visual equipment and services. You many bring your own A/V equipment however you should require an audio visual technician we will gladly make arrangements for an additional fee. Should you have any specific electrical needs (bands etc) please let your catering manger know. Charges will be assessed on labor and per amp per phase per day.
