Plan Your Celebration
Special parties are custom designed with an Event Manager. Red Lion Hotel on the River offers an elegant and gracious indoor-outdoor flow accommodating all types of celebrations; rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and holiday events.
Event Planning
Our Event Manager will guide you through the planning process and then transition to our Banquet Captain who follows your event details making sure the flow and ambience of the party is orchestrated seamlessly.
Menu and Beverage
All menus and beverages are provided through the hotel with the exception of specialty cakes. We offer a corkage fee option.
Preferred Vendors
You may select any vendor of your choice for cakes, photography, music, flowers and additional entertainment. We will supply a list of our favorite vendors.
Linen and Table Décor
We supply custom bone china, silverware and stemware for your dining service, an array of fine linen choices in multiple colors and a complimentary candle light centerpieces. When planning a dinner or reception we have specialty chair covers, sashes, and table linens such as organza and damask fabrics available to rent at an additional cost per item through a 3rd party vendor.
Shipping & Storage
Should it be necessary for you to ship materials to the hotel in advance of your event please contact you event coordinator prior to the shipment as we have limited storage facilities. We request that shipments arrive no sooner than 72 hours in advance of the event and items to be removed within 48 hours following the event.
Transportation
Airport transportation and specialty car arrangements can be made for you and your visiting guests.
