Our meeting facilities including over 36,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with two riverview ballrooms, 16-foot high ceilings and an outdoor deck. The largest of our 20 meetings rooms, the Grand Ballroom, can accommodate up to 2,500 people in a reception format. Professional conference specialists are on-site to take care of all your needs, including audio/visual equipment and full-service catering.

We follow the planning time line based on your needs. Your Convention Services Manager will coordinate all of the details to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Linen & Table Decor
We provide pads, pens, water service, European candies and a choice of standard linens in multiple colors. When planning a dinner or reception we have specialty chair covers, sashes, and table linens such as organza and damask fabrics available to rent at an additional cost per item through a 3rd party vendor. Complimentary hurricane candle centerpieces are included for each guest table.
